Pay by Phone
If you would like to pay your citation by phone, you can do so by calling the Payment Group at 1-800-444-1187.
In order to pay your citation by phone you may need the following information:
- Citation Number
- Driver's License
- Date of Birth
- Credit Card Information
Restrictions
- You cannot use this service if you are seeking a dismissal. You must appear in court.
- You will not be able to use this service to pay a fine for any citation issued to a juvenile. A juvenile is a defendant who was younger than seventeen (17) years of age at the time the citation was issued.
- You will not be able to use this service to pay a fine for any alcohol (under age 21) or tobacco citations.
- You cannot use this service to post a cash bond.
Please be aware that if you pay your citation by phone, a final conviciton will be entered on your case. The options of deferred disposition and driving safety course are not available by phone.
