A Request for Public Information can be submitted to the city in several ways. The request must include name, address, daytime telephone number of the requestor and the documents or items requested.

- Personal appearance in the City Secretary Department, Second Floor, Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
