**COURT CLOSURE: COVID-19 UPDATE**
As of Monday, June 29, 2020 the Coppell Municipal Court will be limiting public contact to appointment only. Appointments will be on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 am – 9:00 am for vulnerable populations and from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon for all others. If you need an appointment please call the court at 972-304-3560 or email at courtclerks@coppelltx.gov.
You may handle your citation by mail or drop box (located in the lobby between the double doors). If you need to speak to court personnel please call the main court line. Please visit our website for options and updates at http://www.coppelltx.gov/government/departments/municipal-court.
You may pay your citation online at http://www.coppelltx.gov/online-services/pay-citation. Or by phone at 1-877-267-9107 (automated only). If you need assistance with online payments you may also contact The Payment Group at 1-800-444-1187. Please note that paying online or by phone will result in a conviction and your violation being reported on your driving record. Fees apply to online or phone payments.
If you would like to schedule a court date, we are only holding virtual court. Please visit the courts eCourt page at http://www.coppelltx.gov/government/departments/municipal-court/edocket-appearance. The request form for eCourt is located on this page. You can print it off and mail/email it in or submit your request electronically on that page.
Limited court staff will be available for phone calls. If you need assistance please call or email and court staff will get with you as soon as possible.
