 | Coppell's Division of Emergency Management serves the Coppell Community by coordinating disaster mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery activities. The Division of Emergency Management accomplishes this through integrated planning, community outreach, emergency response coordination and recovery activities. The Division of Emergency Management is located at the Life Safety Park which is also home to Coppell's Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
