​As we continue our re-opening process, the safety of our guests and CORE staff is our number one priority. We will be following all county and state mandates as well as CDC guidelines, so things will look different for a period of time. Please see below for amenities available for members and non-members.

 


Effective Monday, September 21

Effective Monday, September 21, both members and non-members may enjoy expanded facility hours and services including no reservations to use the Fitness Center (except for 7am time slot), access to Personal Trainers, and Saturday hours. Full list of expanded services.

Non-members may purchase a Day Pass at the front desk upon arrival at The CORE (credit cards only). Additional information and FAQ.


RESERVATION INFORMATION​​

How to Make a Reservation:

  • Visit coppellactivities at any time to reserve online. 
    • Follow these links for a step-by-step guide to making an Fitness Center online reservation (for members-only for 7AM time slot) or an Indoor Pool online reservation (members-only).  
  • ​​Call The CORE at 972-304-7077 during temporary business hours to reserve by phone.

About Your Reservation: 

  • Reservations are free to members, but are required to use the fitness center at 7AM and for Indoor Pool use (including Play Feature). 
  • Reservations for the Indoor Pool will be for 1-hour use of the facility. When your time is up, please leave the facility.
  • Lockers will NOT be available in the locker rooms, but are available for day use in the Fitness Center. Please bring your own lock.  
  • Masks will be REQUIRED at all times while in the facility, except during use on the Cardio Equipment or while in the indoor pool. Masks while using the Weight Machines, Free Weights, and Track are required. 

 

Facility Information

  • The Fitness Center, running/walking track, indoor pool (members-only), Group Exercise classes (reservations required for in-person classes), and Personal Training are open to the public at this time.
  • Reservations are no longer required to use the Fitness Center (except for 7AM time slot, which is available to members-only).
  • ​A maximum of 30 guests will be allowed in the facility at a time.
  • Gathering in common areas including lobby seating areas will not be permitted.
  • Group exercise classes will be offered.  Please see below for access and reservation requirements.  
  • Indoor Pool will be open for lap swim, open swim (Fridays 4:45 - 6:45 pm and Saturdays (2 - 3:50 pm), and play feature access only. Reservations will be required (for members-only) and can be made online at coppellactivities.com
  • Outdoor Pool is currently closed for the season.


The following areas will remain closed:

  • ​Gymnasium
  • Classrooms
  • Exercise Studios 
  • The Sunshine Room​
 

Group Exercise Classes

We are now offering Live Virtual and In-Person Group Exercise classes!
  • Virtual classes will remain for Members Only, where members will receive a weekly email with registration information, but you can also call the facility during the week at 972-304-7077 for more information.
  •  In-Person Classes will be available to Members and Non-Members but will require a reservation.
    • If you are a Member, you can continue to register for a space online.
    • If you are a Non-Member you can call the facility at 972.304.7077 to reserve your spot and pay for a DayPass over the phone or you can walk-in to join (limited space available and pending).

RENTALS

Due to current recommendations limiting gathering sizes, rental applications will not be accepted until further notice. Staff is still available to answer questions via email (core@coppelltx.gov) or phone (972-304-7077). ​
