​​FOR EMERGENCY WATER/SEWER LEAKS (24 HOUR) CALL 972-462-5150

Please contact the Utilities Operations Division at 972-462-5150 for AFTER HOUR EMERGENCIES ONLYIf you have a question or comment about your water bill, please contact Utility Billing at 972-304-3695, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.  On-call personnel at the 5150 number are unable to answer billing questions.

Report or view outages / Text outage information to Oncor.

Report a street light issue​  

FOR EMERGENCY GAS LEAKS:

If you smell gas, call Atmos Energy​​ at 1-866-322-8667 or 9-1-1.  

Licensed Registered Plumber will need to obtain a permit. If after normal business hours, on weekends, or holidays please submit a permit online or next business day. List of registered plumbers. Once the job is completed the Licensed Plumber will call the emergency hotline at 972-304-3551 and schedule an inspection.

The on-call Inspector will make the necessary arrangements to inspect the repair and/or gas test.  (To see the on-call list click here.) Once the inspection has passed the Inspector will release it to Atmos. The Homeowner will then need to contact Atmos to re-connect the gas line.  Atmos will not allow the Inspector to schedule the re-connect.

FOR EMERGENCY ELECTRICAL RE-CONNECT:​

Licensed Registered Electrician will need to obtain a permit.  If after normal business hours, on weekends, or holidays please submit a permit online or next business day.  (For a list of registered electricians click here.) Once the job is completed the Licensed Electrician will call the emergency hotline at 972-304-3551 and schedule an inspection.

after hours water SERVICE DISRUPTION

If your water service has been suddenly interrupted and you do not know the cause, please call the Utility Billing department at 972-304-3695. When water service has been discontinued for non-payment of a bill, the full amount of the bill plus a $20 reconnection fee must be paid before service is reinstated. An After Hours Reconnect Request form​ is available to residents who need their water reconnected outside normal operating hours. If services are rendered outside business hours, a fee of $50 will be applied.
